Order
The moment your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. Allows you to view the status of the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our systems. After you receive your order, you can return it. If you wish to receive the item in a different size or color, you can also exchange the item (if in stock).

Pay afterwards
It is possible to pay afterwards with us. You receive your items first and pay afterwards within 14 days. If it is not possible to pay via "back payment" there may be several reasons:
- total amount of your order
- any unpaid invoices
- one of your invoices has been turned over to the collection agency
Credit card
You can safely enter your credit card information through our secure SSL procedure, we will work with your credit card organization to ensure proper processing.
Together with the credit card company, we make sure the payment goes smoothly. Once payment is approved by the credit card company, we will ship your order.
Once the order is completed you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of the order page.
We deliver worldwide. For specific shipping costs, please contact us.
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is 3 - 6 working days.
After the free second delivery attempt at non-home, Post NL will leave a pickup notice in your mailbox. The order may have been delivered to neighbors or a Post NL pickup point.
Not at home to receive the package or giving your purchase as a gift? Then you can choose to have the order delivered to an address other than the billing address.
If there is a delivery delay, we will contact you within 3 business days.
If an item is unexpectedly not available we will notify you within 5 business days. We will then transfer the paid amount to your account within 14 days.
With the utmost care, we constantly monitor our online assortment. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it turns out that an item is out of stock. In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days.

Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense.
Want to return an item? Of course, we regret that but of course it is no problem at all. Returns are free and can be made with the following steps.
Put the items to be returned in the original packaging and return the items.
Drop off your return at a PostNL location in the Netherlands and keep the shipping receipt. Check the nearest location at: https://www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer?q=#/
Once your return has been processed you will receive email notification from us. The amount paid to us will be returned to your account within 14 days. If you have paid with Back Payment then the claim expires.
The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
- No attempt was made to correct a defect.
- The original tags and labels are still attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, return the item in its original packaging.
- The shipping risk of returning are for the buyer.
- Insufficient or unstamped returns will not be accepted by us.
- Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with description within 14 days of delivery.
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for shipping costs.
After dissolution of the agreement, the purchase amount and shipping costs (no return costs), will be transferred to your account within 14 days at the latest.
The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to pick up the product himself, he may wait to refund until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. For reimbursement, the entrepreneur uses the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer.
When exchanging an item, Thinking of Holland will bear the shipping costs of the item to be resent once.
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense. PostNL charges €6.95 for shipping the package.
Upon receipt of the return package, we will ship the new items to you (if in stock) within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive the shipping confirmation in the mail within 10 to 14 days.
Warranty and Complaints
We do not offer warranty or returns for defects that occurred while putting the item into use after purchase. We create our Thinking of Holland articles with great care and attention to quality. You can rest assured at all times that an item will be shipped to you without defects. Should it nevertheless happen that a defect has been found, you can contact us by sending an email to contact@thinkingofholland.com and we will look for an appropriate solution.
Once the order is completed you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
We are sorry if you have a complaint and will do everything we can to find a solution between us. Send your complaint to contact@thinkingofholland.com within 7 days of receiving your items . Within 14 days of receiving your complaint, we will notify you.

Opening hours:
Due to family circumstances the shop is closed from October 28th 2024 onwards, for indefinite period. Webshop orders will be shipped with a delay.
